Orders ship within 7-14 business days unless stated otherwise.(Monday-Friday, EXCLUDING weekends & holidays) *Please be aware that sometimes we do go over our processing time by a couple of days, this is completely normal and does not mean that your order has been canceled or that you will not receive your order. Please understand that we are a small business and not mass produced, all of our products are handmade, hand scooped/pipped, labeled, cleaned, and then individually packaged in the order that they are received by our small team. We thank you for your support.

Shipping Rates and Times:

Shipping charges and estimated shipping time for your order will be at a standard rate of $7.00 USD with an estimated shipping time of 7-14 business days via the shipping carrier.

Returns

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds & Return Policy

Unfortunately, Sugar Skin does not offer refunds if 7 days have passed from your purchase date.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition received, in the original packaging.

*Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after placing your order.

Exchanges

Sugar Skin only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at: emailus@bellamourbody.com.
